In one of my projects, I worked significantly on a software migration that was supposed to migrate an existing application to a new state-of-the-art technology stack. As a technical product manager, I was responsible for setting up the international development team for the frontend & backend application and in leading the development process.

Most of the project in which I was involved were agile scrum projects. I had the possibility to take over the roles of a scrum master or the role of a product owner.

I have been working as a software dveloper since 2011. In the early years, I developed mobile & web applications as a freelance fullstack developer for large and small companies. In recent years, however, I have worked as an employee for a medium-sized company.
